overview
The UHB-ZK series corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant pumps belong to single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pumps. The overcurrent components are made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which is currently the new generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics for pumps internationally. Its most prominent advantages are its superior wear resistance, impact resistance (especially low-temperature impact resistance), creep resistance (environmental stress cracking resistance), and excellent corrosion resistance among all plastics.
The significant feature of this pump is its multifunctionality, which means that one pump can adapt to various working conditions, such as transporting acid, alkaline clear liquid or slurry; Various corrosive slurries in the smelting industry and various dilute acids in the sulfuric acid industry; Various types of wastewater in the environmental protection industry: This pump is both corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, and has a wide range of applications.
This pump has been used for long-term comparison in acid slurry and dilute acid positions in more than 300 large non-ferrous smelting and sulfuric acid enterprises. Its corrosion resistance, wear resistance, sealing reliability, and service life have all been highly praised.
◎ Brief description of main technical performance
Structure and characteristics:
(1) Corrosion resistant and wear-resistant. One pump is versatile, suitable for both acidic and alkaline clear liquid slurries.
(2) The pump body is made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene glycol iliac structure. The lining layer thickness is 8-20mm. Compared with other similar pumps, this pump adopts the patented technology of turtle shell mesh lining, which has the advantages of heat-resistant deformation, good performance, crack resistance, anti detachment, and high operating temperature of the lining layer.
(3) There are two types of impellers: separated and closed, which can be selected according to the condition of the medium.
(4) Sealing: K-type power seal, C-type mechanical seal
Applicable media: sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 80%, nitric acid with a concentration of less than 50%, various concentrations of hydrochloric acid liquid alkali. Suitable for both clear liquid and scientific pulp.Main technical parameters: operating temperature of 20cc~BO. C (For special requirements, the use of modified materials can increase the inlet diameter to 32mm-350mm at 105 ℃, flow rate to 5-2600m/h, and head within 80m.).
◎ Extremely wide range of applications
Sulfuric acid phosphate fertilizer industry: transportation of dilute acid, mother liquor, sewage, seawater, fluorosilicic acid containing silica gel, phosphoric acid slurry and other media.
Non ferrous metal smelting industry: particularly suitable for various acid liquids, corrosive slurries, slurry (for filter presses), electrolytes, sewage and other media used in wet smelting of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earths, etc.
Chemical and other enterprises: various positions for clear liquids or scientific slurries of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, soda ash, and oils. Production of titanium dioxide, iron red powder, various dyes and pigments, non-metallic mineral processing and other industries.
Chlorine alkali industry: hydrochloric acid, liquid alkali, electrolyte, etc.

Wet desulfurization circulating pump: can be used in alkaline, acidic, and corrosive positions simultaneously.

Working principle
This seal is mainly composed of a secondary impeller (or secondary blade) and a parking seal (rubber oil seal).
During operation, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the secondary impeller (or blades) causes the sealing chamber to be in a negative pressure state, thereby preventing liquid leakage outward. At this time, the parking seal does not work3The lip of the rubber oil seal is loosened due to negative pressure, creating a certain gap with the shaft sleeve, reducing wear between them and extending their service life;
When the machine is stopped, the secondary impeller (or secondary blade) stops rotating, and the sealing chamber changes from negative pressure to positive pressure. The parking seal begins to work, and the lip of the rubber oil seal tightly wraps around the shaft sleeve under pressure, thus achieving the sealing purpose.
If cooling water is allowed to infiltrate into the medium, a K-type power seal with cooling water can be selected, which can add an external cooling water device to extend the service life of the oil seal.
The sealed oil seal is made of fluororubber and is mainly suitable for conveying corrosive media such as slurry containing solid particles and sewage containing impurities (with cooling water. The cooling water used for K-type power seals is clean tap water, and the pressure is suitable within 0.05Mpa)
Model Description
Labeling of K-type power seal: If users choose K-type power seal, they can label it according to the model description method.
♦ Model labeling after selecting the C-type internal particle resistant mechanical seal: If the user chooses the C-type internal particle resistant mechanical seal, simply add the word "C" after the prototype number when labeling the model, for example, 50UHB-ZK-20-30-C.
♦ Calibration of B-type structure:When selecting the pump with this structure, label it as follows: add the word "B" to the model of the original power seal pump, and label it as 50UHB-ZK-B-20-30.
♦ When placing an order, please provide the following operating conditions: chemical composition of the medium, working temperature, solid content, actual usage pressure and flow rate, position and pressure of the suction fluid (positive or negative pressure), as well as the name and characteristics of the usage position, so that our factory can select the most suitable sealing material for you.
♦ UHB-ZK series corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant pumps can be installed with different seals according to user requirements. Unless otherwise specified, K-type power seals are generally installed.

Instructions for startup, operation, maintenance, and disassembly procedures
◎ Start up, operation, and maintenance
♦ Pre operation inspection:
Before trial operation, manually rotate the coupling or shaft to check if the steering is correct Whether it is flexible, if there is no movement or abnormal noise, the coupling should be checked for levelness by hand from the outside in a timely manner. The position of the lubricating oil should be checked near the centerline of the oil mirror from the oil mirror hole on the bearing seat (if there is too much, some should be drained, and if there is too little, one should be added), while checking and turning. If the problem exists, the pump should be disassembled for inspection (When disassembling the pump, refer to the structural diagram and disassembly procedure in this manual) Clean up the debris and contact our factory to negotiate a solution.
♦ Driving steps
a. Fill the pump with liquid
b. Timely open the inlet valve (if the inlet valve is a one-way check valve, manual operation is not required)
c. Connect the power supply
d. Open the outlet valve again

a. Close the valve at the outlet first;

♦ maintain:
a. The lubricating oil inside the bearing seat should be replaced regularly Normally, it should be replaced every six months
b. In the cold season, if there is icing after stopping the pump, first connect the cooling water at the sealing point, and if necessary, heat the water to thaw. Then manually rotate the coupling, run it straight to activate it, and then follow the start-up steps to start the car
c. For systems with cooling water systems, the cooling water should be connected before driving When operating normally, it can continue to be connected. If conditions do not allow, it can also be stopped. The flow rate and pressure of the cooling water are not required, and tap water is sufficient.
d. The operation of the pump when the outlet valve is closed is called the closed pressure operation state. The closed pressure operation time of the all plastic pump or lined plastic pump should be minimized as much as possible. The normally flowing medium should not exceed five minutes, and the high-temperature medium should not exceed two minutes.
e. For pumps with intermediate pump casing, such as those with an inlet diameter of 150mm or more, the sealing plastic at the intermediate face may change in size due to thermal expansion and contraction. When installing, the connecting bolts at the intermediate face should be tightened first before connecting to the inletpiping,To prevent leakage of the split surface,This is particularly important for users in the north.
f. The pump cannot bear the weight of the inlet and outlet pipelines. The shorter the inlet pipeline, the better. The vertical height from the pump outlet to the valve should be as short as possible;
g. Keep the motor free of water stains to prevent it from getting damp.
